Help families find service details and coverage information, while giving potential caregivers a clear route to employment information and visitors a separate account entry point.

(Result)
The public site brings service descriptions, a Syracuse-area location list, FAQs, caregiver-resource links, and employment information into one place. Visitors can also reach dedicated sign-in and registration screens.
