(Problem)
The product worked, but looked like it was built years ago — dated visual language, inconsistent UI patterns, and a first impression that undersold what the platform could actually do. The team also needed the platform on iOS and wanted its own delivery operations to run with less manual effort.
(My role)
Lead developer for over a year on a UK product company's platform — full UI rebrand and redesign, the iOS app, the core AI features, and the automation pipeline the team uses to run delivery. I work directly with the CTO and product team on architecture, scoping, and roadmap priorities.
(Process)
- /01Rebranded and redesigned the product UI end to end, replacing inconsistent patterns with one coherent system across the web app.
- /02Shipped the platform's iOS app so meeting workflows are available away from the desktop.
- /03Built the core AI features: automated minutes generation and AI-powered agenda import, running on LLM-based workflows.
- /04Built the internal automation pipeline the delivery team uses for day-to-day operations.
(Result)
A complete rebrand and UI redesign across the product, a shipped iOS app, AI-generated minutes and agenda import in production, and an internal automation pipeline the delivery team runs on daily.
